Do I need to book my animal experience in advance?

While walk-up availability is sometimes possible, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak times. Please note, not all experiences are available for same-day booking.

Will I definitely get to feed the animal during my experience?

We’ll always do our very best to include a feeding moment during your experience, but the animals always come first. That means they can choose whether they want to take part on the day. If they’re not in the mood, don’t worry — you’ll still enjoy an unforgettable close-up encounter and plenty of time with our keepers.

Can children participate in the animal experiences?

Yes, many of our experiences are family-friendly and suitable for children. However, some experiences do have age restrictions, so please check the details before booking.

Are the animal experiences safe?

Absolutely! Our trained staff will guide you throughout the experience to ensure both you and the animals are safe and comfortable at all times.
