For Wildlife, Everywhere
Accessibility
Nature is
for Everyone
We want all of our visitors to have an amazing day at the zoo, and we’re working hard to be as accessible as possible.
To support guests who may prefer a calmer environment, we offer a Quiet Hour every Wednesday during school holiday periods. Quiet entry is available from 9:00am to 10:00am, providing a more relaxed and sensory-friendly experience, before general admission opens at 10:00am.

The First Eastern Counties 99 service runs from Lowestoft to Kessingland, with just a 5-minute walk from the bus station to the zoo entrance.
The Border Bus 146 service also stops in Kessingland, travelling from Lowestoft and Norwich. From the bus stop, it’s around a 10-minute walk to the entrance.
